-Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

- Car parking - Off-street car parking is provided for two vehicles. Please note that the garage area is not available to guests.

- Spa pool use - Use of the spa is not permitted after 10 pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise.
